A superb performance was conducted by the University of Santo Tomas Singers at the Philippines Cultural Center. The Phil-American community of Virginia Beach and Hampton Road appreciated & enjoyed the fine displayed of vocal talents by the visiting UST Singers. It’s a successful celebration of the Philippines Independence Day at PCC.
